Unfortunately not, the courier services have a front door + ground floor policy.
They are not permitted to carry the item upstairs as they would not be covered by their employers OH&S guidelines.
Should your front door be above ground floor level, please ensure someone is available to assist you in moving the boxes if you are unable to do so yourself.
